Collaborations in Clinical Care, LLP is a practice association of mental health providers and specialists. We offer a full range of outpatient services with emphasis on time-sensitive assessment and treatment consistent with a managed care model of service delivery. Our providers are seasoned, well-trained and energetic professionals from the disciplines of psychiatry, psychology, social work and nursing.

Clinicians at Collaborations in Clinical Care, LLP are available to patients and professionals through a variety of methods including direct office telephone, voice mail, and pager. Urgent intakes can sometimes be seen within 24 hours. Click here for links to urgent care sites.

Individual clinicians may be contacted directly (see phone numbers listed in Providers Profile section). Clinicians are regularly available on Saturday and in unusual circumstances are also available on Sunday. Telephone consultations can be done at anytime with
an available clinician.

Collaborations in Clinical Care offers an expanded network of seven group practices in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We also offer a close affiliation with Bournewood Hospital for easy access to multiple levels of care.

Collaborations in Clinical Care provides counseling services to a wide geographic area including the following South Shore communities: Avon, Boston, Braintree, Brockton, Canton, Dedham, Easton, Foxboro, Milton, Norwood, Quincy, Randolph, Sharon, Stoughton, Walpole, and Westwood.
